Compliance Manager

About the role

The Compliance Manager , based at our Head Office in Gurugram, India, will support the implementation of the Group Compliance Programme and promote a strong culture of ethics, integrity and compliance across the business. The role will focus on compliance risk management, ethics and compliance processes, investigations, third-party due diligence, monitoring and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll do

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Compliance Programme
• Promote ethics, integrity and compliance through training, awareness and business engagement
• Maintain compliance risk registers and support identification and mitigation of key risks
• Manage compliance processes including Conflict of Interest, Employee Declarations, Gifts & Hospitality and Business Partner Due Diligence
• Conduct and coordinate third-party due diligence and compliance assessments

What you need

• 5–8 years in legal & compliance
• Compliance
• Due diligence
• Internal audit
• LLB or B.Com or BBA
