Compliance Officer - Gift City

About the role

AIML is proposing to establish a branch at GIFT City and explore registration with IFSCA under the Distributor category. We are looking for a Compliance Officer to support the registration process, ensure regulatory compliance and establish the compliance framework for the proposed operations.

What you'll do

• Support the IFSCA registration and licensing process for the proposed Distributor business
• Ensure compliance with applicable IFSCA regulations, guidelines and reporting requirements
• Develop and implement compliance policies, internal controls and regulatory procedures
• Oversee AML/KYC compliance, client due diligence and regulatory documentation
• Manage regulatory filings, periodic reporting and coordination with IFSCA
