Compressor Service Engineer

About the role

To perform efficient troubleshooting, maintenance, overhauling, testing, and commissioning of HVAC compressors, including screw, centrifugal, and magnetic bearing compressors, ensuring maximum equipment reliability, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Compressor Overhauling & Repair
• Establish and lead a world-class HVAC Compressor Overhaul & Service Center capable of independently handling Screw, Centrifugal
• Perform complete dismantling, inspection, overhauling, and assembly of: o Oil Flooded Screw Compressors o Centrifugal Compressors o Magnetic Bearing Oil-Free Compressors
• Conduct detailed inspection of: o Rotors o Impellers o Diffusers o Bearings o Shafts o Couplings o Seals o Motor components
• Measure critical dimensions and clearances using precision instruments
