What you'll do

• Lead Value Engineering studies related to bare compressor parts and commodities in close cooperation with Engineering, Product Management, Category Managers
• Prepare, lead and moderate Value Engineering workshops with ideation session to generate a list of potential cost saving initiatives
• Support and arrange brainstorming sessions with multi-disciplinary team
• Perform cost analysis to define the Cost baseline of parts or commodity and identify use cases
• Establish close relationship and a safe environment with project stakeholder to discuss insights, savings opportunities and align on targets
