About the role

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and customer-focused IT professional to manage online and offline service operations, lead the technical team, and ensure timely service delivery.

What you'll do

  • Handle and supervise desktop, laptop, printer, CCTV, networking, hardware, and software services
  • Manage CRM, customer relationships, follow-ups, complaints, and service quality
  • Drive cross-selling, upselling, AMC renewals, repeat sales, referrals, and customer satisfaction
