Contracts Manager

About the role

This position provides oversight for contract management activities on Fluor projects or as lead contract manager on individual Fluor contracts. This role assures, through assigned contract administrators, compliance with all statutes, regulations, and contract terms and conditions.

What you'll do

• Administer moderately large and complex contracts
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions, analyze commercial sections of proposals and technical proposal evaluations
• Participate in proposal development activities including preparation of required proposal response
• Perform contract management post-award activities through evaluating and status of contractors’ productivity, schedule adherence, contract change management
• Perform closeout of contracts, finalize outstanding contract issues, issue of final modifications

What you need

• 3–6 years in legal & compliance
• Contract drafting
• Compliance
• MBA or LLB or BBA

Good to have

• Negotiation
