Copywriter

About the role

As a Copywriter within Target Creative's Brand Design Lab, you will play an integral role in shaping compelling brand narratives and creating meaningful connections with our guests. You will bring Target's owned brands to life through thoughtful storytelling, distinctive brand voices and engaging copy that reflects each brand's identity, values and positioning.

What you'll do

• Creative Excellence & Brand Voice
• Develop compelling, guest-centric copy aligned with core business priorities, brand identities and creative objectives
• Uphold established brand guidelines and tone-of-voice principles, ensuring consistency, authenticity and relevance across creative deliverables
• Translate audience insights, cultural nuances and brand positioning into engaging messaging while considering legal and compliance requirements
• Own the copy development process from brief interpretation and research through concept development, refinement and final delivery
