What you'll do

• Review customer credit applications, assess payment terms, evaluate credit risk, and recommend approval, rejection
• Maintain accurate customer credit records, approved payment terms, credit limits, risk classifications, and payment history documentation
• Monitor overdue receivables, aging reports, disputed invoices, and high-risk accounts to ensure timely action and escalation
• Proactively follow up with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve overdue balances, payment delays, disputes, and blocked collections
• Negotiate payment plans and credit arrangements within approved guidelines while balancing commercial needs and credit risk controls
