Customer Solutions Architect

About the role

This role is responsible for the end-to-end architecture, testing, commissioning, and deployment of secure, highly available, and standards-compliant systems, working closely with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Design, validate, and deliver end-to-end integrated communications solutions that meet customer, operational, and contractual requirements.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the end-to-end architecture, testing, commissioning, and deployment of secure, highly available, and standards-compliant systems
• Design, validate, and deliver end-to-end integrated communications solutions that meet customer, operational, and contractual requirements
• Lead system integration and interoperability testing across multi-vendor environments, ensuring seamless operation of networks, platforms, and business systems
• Develop and execute Validation & Verification (V&V), Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) procedures
• Manage technical relationships with customers, subcontractors, third-party suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
