Customer Support Representative (CSR I) Apprentice

About the role

We're looking for a Customer Support Representative (CSR I) Apprentice to join our customer support team for a 12-month apprenticeship. This is a full-time, hands-on role designed for individuals looking to build a career in customer support and SaaS technology. You'll work alongside experienced support professionals to troubleshoot customer issues, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and develop strong technical and problem-solving skills.

What you'll do

• Handle customer queries through chat, email, Zoom, and calls
• Troubleshoot and resolve common product and configuration issues
• Escalate complex technical issues with clear documentation
• Deliver excellent customer experiences through professional and empathetic communication
• Collaborate with Team Leads and peers to improve product knowledge and troubleshooting skills
