Cybersecurity Engineering Team Manager at APTIV. Leads the Cybersecurity Software Engineering team, with overall accountability for people, capability, delivery health, engineering quality.

What you'll do

  • Leads the Cybersecurity Software Engineering team, with overall accountability for people, capability, delivery health, engineering quality
  • Oversees the complete engineering lifecycle, from RFQ and planning through implementation, verification, release, and production support, ensuring appropriate staffing
  • Build and deploy a balanced team of architects, product owners and developers
  • Own staffing, competency plans, coaching, succession and certification roadmaps
  • Establish technical review, quality and escalation mechanisms
