What you'll do
- Own end-to-end store & hub performance across ops, inventory, SLA & dispatch
- Manage peak-hour manpower and rider allocation to meet demand
- Ensure inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO compliance & shrinkage control
- Drive last-mile performance including rider productivity & TAT
- Ensure safety, compliance, cost control & daily KPI tracking
