Data and Digital Proposition lead / Associate Director Software Engineering

About the role

Asset Servicing (Corporate Actions processing) is entering an important phase of technology-led transformation and this role sits at the centre of it. As Associate Director - Asset Servicing Technology - Data and Digital Propositions Lead you’ll shape how data, digital capability, automation and Artificial Intelligence improve both client and operational experience.

What you'll do

• Own the data and digital proposition strategy for Asset Servicing (Corporate Actions processing), aligning priorities to client needs, business objectives
• Identify, shape and deliver technology-led business transformation opportunities across Asset Servicing, including process redesign, workflow automation
• Develop and maintain a prioritised roadmap for data and digital capabilities, such as enhanced client reporting, data exchange
• Lead the identification, assessment and implementation of Artificial Intelligence use cases for Asset Servicing (Corporate Actions processing)
• Establish a disciplined approach to Artificial Intelligence delivery, covering use-case selection, data readiness, business case development, responsible use
