Data Entry Operator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate records, enter data into our systems, and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is fast and accurate at typing and comfortable working with computers.

What you'll do

• Convert information from physical documents, forms, and scanned copies into digital format
• Review entered data for errors and correct inconsistencies
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records and files
• Generate basic reports and summaries as required
• Back up data regularly and maintain confidentiality of company information

• Data entry
• Excel
• Tally
• Any graduate
