About the role

To manage and maintain accurate shipment-related data, logistics documentation, and operational records in the system, ensuring smooth and timely processing of courier and logistics activities.

What you'll do

• Update shipment booking, dispatch, transit, and delivery status
• Verify shipment details against invoices, shipping labels, and other supporting documents
• Generate shipping labels, manifests, and shipment-related reports
• Maintain daily Excel trackers and operational MIS reports
• Coordinate with warehouse, hub, dispatch, and delivery teams for shipment-related information
