About the role

Lead the planning and execution of data migration to ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system. Coordinate teams, define migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition. As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the entire data migration process from initial planning through to execution.

What you'll do

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Lead the development and implementation of migration strategies to ensure data quality and consistency
Monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process to minimize disruptions
