Data Science - Asst. manager

About the role

We are looking for a Data Sceintist to join our Focus Category Analytics team. In this role, you will design and develop scalable data platforms, pipelines, and tools that make it easier for analysts, data scientists, and business teams to explore data and generate insights. You will contribute to building Data Studio capabilities, including interactive development environments, SQL editors, notebooks, and self-service analytics tools.

What you'll do

• Build data platforms: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and Data Studio capabilities that support data exploration, analytics, and development
• Improve developer experiences: Build and enhance interactive tools such as Jupyter Notebook environments, SQL editors, query consoles, and data exploration interfaces
• Enable large-scale data processing: Integrate data tools with distributed processing technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, Flink, and cloud-based compute services
• Develop backend services: Build APIs and services to manage workspaces, user sessions, compute resources, and application lifecycles
• Create reliable data solutions: Develop and maintain data pipelines, processing workflows, and reusable components that support analytics and reporting needs
