About the role

We are looking for an analytics professional to join eBay’s Supply Chain Analytics team and use data, statistical analysis, experimentation, modeling, and AI to solve complex supply-chain and shipping problems and drive measurable business impact.

What you'll do

  • Apply basic statistics and predictive modeling to diagnose business problems, identify drivers, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Design and analyze A/B experiments and quasi-experiments to measure the impact of product, process, and operational changes
  • Partner closely with Product, Operations, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Business teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions
  • Develop dashboards, analytical frameworks, and KPI/measurement strategies for supply-chain initiatives
  • Apply AI/GenAI and automation to improve analytical workflows, root-cause analysis, forecasting, and decision-making
