About the role

We are seeking a Data Scientist – Commercial Analytics to build and deliver production-ready, explainable analytics solutions for a global agro-chemical company. The role focuses on solving commercial problems across pricing, revenue management, demand forecasting, and customer analytics, operating in complex global supply chain environments.

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy analytics solutions for pricing, revenue management, and demand forecasting
• Build models for cross-sell, up-sell, and churn use cases
• Create explainable and interpretable models for business adoption
• Support the full analytics lifecycle: data preparation, modeling, validation, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with commercial and supply chain stakeholders across regions
