Data Workflow lead

About the role

The Workflow Lead oversees data reconciliation and query management activities to ensure the timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of study milestones and operational objectives. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data revision and reconciliation processes, this role provides technical guidance, operational support, and issue resolution within a global, customer-focused environment.

What you'll do

• Workflow & Resource Management
• Manage Data Analyst (DA) query workflows to ensure timely completion of deliverables and adherence to established turnaround times (TATs)
• Monitor workload, resource allocation, and day-to-day operations to support study milestones, including database lock activities
• Data Analysis & Revision Support
• Serve as the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data analysis, data revision, and query management processes
