Database Engineer

About the role

You will work in a fast-paced environment where we are responsible for the most critical systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the DB system's availability and performance. You will develop relationships with customers, comprehend and fulfil their needs, and maintain their satisfaction through regular communication and engagement with their environments.

What you'll do

• The major focus is on handling all the alerts in MDS MySQL
• Optimising the complex SQL Queries
• Monthly Query optimization assigned ( based on customer list )
• Get into Client calls on Performance issues and other tasks
• Reaching the DBE-2 and DBRE's for escalations

What you need

• 1–2 years in software engineering
• SQL
• AWS
• Linux
• Prometheus
• Grafana
• Any graduate
