About the role

The Advertising Operations Coordinator supports the execution and delivery of digital advertising campaigns across an international portfolio of journals. This role ensures that advertising materials are accurately processed, scheduled, and displayed in line with technical and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Receive, review, process, and traffic digital advertising artwork across assigned journals and platforms
• Verify that advertising materials meet technical specifications, quality standards, and publication requirements before deployment
• Coordinate advertisement scheduling and placement to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
• Monitor live campaigns and promptly address placement, delivery, or technical issues
• Conduct quality checks on advertising artwork, links, creative assets, and campaign configurations
