Device Modeling Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Device Modeling Engineer to support and contribute to advanced semiconductor device modeling activities at Tata Electronics. The role involves device characterization, model extraction, model quality assurance, data analysis, and support for innovative modeling methodologies.

What you'll do

• Conduct data quality validation and perform systematic analysis of measured data
• Execute device model extraction and perform model QA checks prior to model release
• Contribute to methodological improvements and innovative initiatives within the device modeling team
• Provide technical support and address customer queries related to device models

What you need

• 7–13 years in electrical & electronics
• Physics
• PhD

Good to have

• Python
