DevOps Engineer Lead - Harness, Ansible and GitHub

About the role

You will join the ACBS/CLS Commercial Loan System team, supporting an enterprise lending platform across commercial, corporate, syndicated and specialty lending. You will lead DevOps engineering initiatives focused on CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, DevSecOps and production reliability.

What you'll do

• Design, develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Harness and GitHub
• Build reusable infrastructure and configuration automation using Ansible and Infrastructure as Code practices
• Establish effective GitHub practices covering source control, pull requests, branching, code reviews and CI/CD integrations
• Drive automation across infrastructure provisioning, application deployments, configuration management, testing, monitoring and operational processes
• Troubleshoot complex issues across applications, infrastructure, networking, databases, cloud services and deployment pipelines
