About the role

Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers and leads. Explain policy terms, coverage benefits, and the policy purchase process to customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful policy sales.
