Digital Solution Specialists

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Solution Specialist, AI Business Process to help customers reinvent how their businesses operate using Microsoft AI Business Solutions. This is a customer-facing sales role focused on helping organizations identify, prioritize and execute high-value business process transformation opportunities across Dynamics 365, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents, Cowork, Power Platform and the broader Microsoft Cloud.

What you'll do

• Engage senior business and technology decision makers to understand strategic priorities, business challenges and processes that can be transformed through AI
• Develop strategies to compete effectively against platforms including SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow and other ERP, CRM and AI platforms
