• Perform tasks and duties as assigned by department supervisors and team leaders
• Monitoring of daily KPI (Plan v/s Actual) , Customer delivery adherence
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and quality in departmental operations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets
• Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning opportunities to develop skills and knowledge relevant to your role
