Director, Analytics

About the role

The Analytics team is seeking a Director to join and lead the team. The Analytics team is a globally distributed team core to Addepar's transition to next-generation data and analytics with a scalable global operating model. Its mission is to empower analysts, researchers, and internal teams to create and share data and insights - driving data driven decision making at scale.

What you'll do

• Define and execute a unified analytics strategy in partnership with key stakeholders, with a published roadmap reviewed quarterly
• Serve as a culture carrier and visible leader for the APAC region, bridging local teams with global priorities
• Lead BI and platform strategy, including persona-driven architecture and enablement paths for power users, consumers, executives, and producers
• Lead global expansion of the analytics platform - hardening existing regional implementations and validating a repeatable architecture for new regions
• Drive the operationalisation of the data estate - establishing observability, SLOs, and handoff standards so that ops teams can own production feeds
