Director - QA + ppl management

About the role

Director, Quality Assurance will directly manage QA team and will provide leadership in the development of test strategies, design, build, review, execution, and automation of test cases.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive, long-term Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering strategy that aligns with the company's goals and growth plans
• Establish and enforce QA best practices, processes, and standards across teams, covering functional, non-functional, performance, and security testing
• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of QA initiatives
• Lead the integration of AI/ML technologies into testing frameworks to optimize outcomes, enhance efficiency, and increase test coverage
• Champion a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration of new AI/ML techniques and methodologies within the QE teams
