  • Team Leadership & Fellow Management
  • Manage, mentor, and support a cohort of Fellows working across multiple schools
  • Conduct regular check-ins, field visits, and performance reviews to ensure Fellows are meeting program goals
  • Build Fellows’ capacity through coaching on classroom observation, data usage, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ensure high levels of motivation, accountability, and retention within the Fellow cohort
