What you'll do

  • Ensure document and records management, for their easy retreveability, legibility and protection and preservation
  • Accountable for preparation and on time submission of the MRBs
  • Ensure an effective and economical documentation process
  • Timely follow up between the stakeholders and ensure receipt of the inspection records and documents
  • Maintain a record of the KPIs related document submission and report the same on a monthly basis to the QHSE Manager
