EAIG:Lead – Application Engineering

About the role

Lead the strategy, design, deployment and governance of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), Conversational AI and Intelligent Automation initiatives across the organization. Drive business transformation through AI-led customer engagement, operational efficiency, digital servicing and intelligent decision-making platforms while ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management and measurable business outcomes.

What you'll do

• AI Strategy & Transformation
• Define and execute the enterprise AI roadmap aligned with business priorities and digital transformation objectives
• Identify, evaluate and scale AI use cases across business functions including customer acquisition, servicing, sales, operations, risk and compliance
• Establish AI operating models, governance frameworks, and adoption strategies
• Enterprise AI Platform & Governance

What you need

• 14–16 years in software engineering
• LLMs
• Machine learning
• Portfolio management
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA or MBA
