About the role

The E-learning Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, interactive digital learning experiences. This role collaborates closely with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and multimedia teams to translate technical and process knowledge into engaging, learner-centric modules.

What you'll do

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 with strong focus on learner engagement and usability
• Collaborate with SMEs and Instructional Designers to analyze requirements and develop effective learning strategies
• Develop and integrate multimedia elements including graphics, animation, video, audio, and simulations
• Apply UI/UX best practices to ensure consistency in branding, navigation, and overall learner experience
• Support classroom, virtual classroom, and blended learning programs with digital assets and courseware

What you need

• 4–6 years in teaching & education
