What you'll do

• Operating at the intersection of engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing
• Provide end-to-end engineering support from pre-concept through FCS (First Customer Ship), ensuring seamless transitions from development to mass production
• Engage early with design (hardware, mechanical, and CAD) teams to influence component selection and drive Design for Excellence (DfX) principles
• Facilitate early design engagement to align product requirements with manufacturing capabilities and process efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop robust manufacturing processes and cutting-edge technology integration during the NPI phase

What you need
