Electromechanical Engineer II

About the role

The Engineer II – Electromechanical is responsible for supporting assigned product development projects through electromechanical design, engineering analysis, validation, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

• Designs, develops, validates, and supports the release of new products, systems, and component technologies for liquid-cooled home standby generators
• Defines functional requirements and develops optimized engineering solutions through the design, integration, testing, and evaluation of components and systems
• Plans, executes, and evaluates fit-for-use testing and validation activities, and supports development of product specifications, validation plans
• Uses CAD and CAE tools to develop and analyze designs, create detailed engineering drawings and models
• Partners cross-functionally with manufacturing, suppliers, designers, and product specialists to optimize designs for manufacturability

What you need

• 3–6 years in mechanical & production
• AutoCAD
• FMEA
• Mechanical engineering
• GD&T
• Creo
• SolidWorks
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc
