Embedded Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced embedded system developer whose primary responsibility will be firmware development as well as assisting the team which develops IoT sensor devices. You will collaborate closely with hardware engineers, software engineers of Smart Buildings team and other stakeholders to deliver robust and efficient embedded systems.

What you'll do

• Design and develop embedded software for IoT devices, including firmware, device drivers, and communication protocols
• Integrate sensors, actuators, and other hardware components with embedded systems
• Implement and optimize IoT connectivity solutions (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, HTTP) for device communication and data exchange
• Develop secure embedded software solutions to protect IoT devices against cybersecurity threats
• Conduct testing and debugging of embedded systems to ensure reliability, stability, and performance

What you need
