About the role

Embedded Product Application Engineer is responsible for providing technical support for AMD Embedded products, platforms, software, and tools. The role acts as the primary technical interface between customers, field teams, and engineering organizations to resolve customer issues, improve product quality, and drive customer success.

What you'll do

  • Own and drive customer technical support cases from initial investigation through resolution
  • Reproduce customer issues in lab environments and perform root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve product defects and technical escalations
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customers
  • Analyze logs, traces, schematics, software outputs, and hardware behavior to diagnose issues
