What you'll do
- Responsible for the design and redesign of R olls- R oyce Emerging Talent programmes , understanding future skills , capabilities and business requirement s
- Translate supply numbers into high quality, deliverable Emerging Talent Programmes in partnership with key internal & external stakeholders
- Work with recruitment to define and agree entry requirements for programme s
- Define and sign off Output Specification s for programme s including alignment to Rolls-Royce key skill & capability priorities
- Lead programme design cells including feedback, RACI documentation and governance
