About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) – EMI to drive adoption and growth of EMI solutions across key merchant partners. The role involves managing strategic merchant accounts, enabling EMI products across merchant platforms, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize transaction volumes and customer experience.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow relationships with key merchant partners for EMI product offerings
• Drive EMI adoption and transaction growth across assigned merchant accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for merchants regarding EMI integration, onboarding, and operational support
• Work closely with product, operations, and banking partners to resolve merchant issues and optimize EMI offerings
• Identify opportunities to expand EMI penetration across new categories and merchants

What you need

• 5–14 years in finance, audit & banking
• Key account management
• Any graduate
