EMI Lead - AVP

About the role

The EMI Lead will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) on POS products across Paytm’s mid market channel. This role focuses on expanding EMI GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), increasing EMI revenue, and ensuring wider merchant enablement for Brand EMI, Bank EMI, and My EMI programs.

What you'll do

• Drive EMI GMV and EMI revenue across online and offline merchant segments
• Develop strategies to increase EMI penetration and acceptance rate among merchants and consumers
• Own key growth metrics — merchant enablement, transaction volume, and revenue contribution from EMI products
• Merchant Enablement & Expansion
• Identify and onboard merchants for Brand EMI and Bank EMI programs in collaboration with partner banks and OEMs
