End User Training Consultant

About the role

The End User Training (EUT) Consultant is a client-facing learning and enablement professional who supports the design, development, and delivery of learning programs for Blue Yonder supply chain transformations. Working with Senior and Principal EUT Consultants, this role helps customers build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to successfully adopt new technologies, processes, and ways of working.

What you'll do

• Support EUT activities and deliverables across enterprise supply chain transformation programs
• Conduct and support learning discovery, stakeholder interviews, learning needs assessments, and role-based training analysis
• Partner with customer stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational processes, learner needs, and implementation requirements
• Translate business processes, solution functionality, roles, and change impacts into learning objectives and role-based learning requirements
• Support development of training plans, curricula, learning journeys, course outlines, content development plans, and training schedules
