What you'll do

  • Responsible for end‑to‑end technical leadership and delivery of transmission commodities within automotive powertrain programs
  • The role owns system definition, design maturity, integration, validation, and launch readiness of manual, automatic, hybrid
  • Act as Lead Engineer for transmission systems across the complete KO to SOP lifecycle
  • Housings, mounts, lubrication and cooling circuits
  • Transmission control interfaces (mechanical & electro‑mechanical scope)
