Engineer – Carbide Insert Periphery Grinding

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and technically competent Engineer to support and optimize carbide insert periphery grinding operations. The role involves process development, CNC grinding program optimization, quality improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve world-class manufacturing performance.

What you'll do

• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments are achieved
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot periphery grinding processes and CNC programs
• Drive productivity, quality, and cost improvement initiatives
• Support new product introduction and process industrialization activities
• Analyse and resolve manufacturing and quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies

What you need

• 3–5 years in mechanical & production
• Machining
• CNC operation
• Lean manufacturing
• 5S
• Kaizen
• GD&T
• B.Tech or B.E.
