- Maintain CMDB data accuracy and completeness
- Perform CMDB audits and data quality checks
- Identify and remove duplicate or obsolete CI records
- Support CI relationship mapping and dependency tracking
- Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, endpoint, and application teams for CI validation
