About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled FEA Non-Linear Thermal Analysis Engineer with expertise in HyperWorks (HyperMesh & HyperView), Abaqus, and Thermal Load Analysis to join our engineering team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality finite element models, performing non-linear thermal and structural simulations, and delivering engineering solutions for automotive components, preferably within exhaust and powertrain systems.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain high-quality FE models using HyperMesh
• Perform non-linear thermal and structural analyses using Abaqus
• Execute thermal load simulations and evaluate component durability and performance
• Conduct result visualization and post-processing using HyperView
• Correlate simulation results with design requirements and testing outcomes

What you need

• 3–8 years in software engineering
• ANSYS
• M.Sc
