Engineer II, Systems Reliability Engineering

About the role

As a Engineer II, Systems Reliability Engineering within the Digital Planning & Foundations organization, you will help ensure the reliability, availability, performance, security, and operational excellence of planning, allocation, forecasting, inventory, and supply chain technology platforms.

What you'll do

• Lead investigation and resolution of production incidents, application failures, integration issues, and service degradation events
• Develop automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, APIs, and cloud-native technologies to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Build and maintain observability capabilities, including dashboards, alerting, service health monitoring, SLIs, SLOs, and reliability metrics
• Support Azure services, enterprise integrations, Power Platform, Fabric, OneLake, and analytics capabilities that enable planning and allocation processes
