Experience supporting enterprise workload automation and job scheduling platforms such as HCL Workload Automation, TWS, Control-M, or similar technologies.

What you'll do

  • Calling all originals: At Levi Strauss & Co., you can be yourself — and be part of something bigger
  • Lead daily production support and operations for enterprise job scheduling and workload automation platforms
  • Be the senior technical authority for scheduling support in India, partnering with application, infrastructure
  • Guide operational excellence, knowledge management, mentoring, and continuous improvement across the scheduling environment
  • Guide knowledge management through the creation and maintenance of operational plans, support documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
