About the role

We are looking for a Engineer/Senior Engineer – IMS/CS Core to join our team and lead the coordination, execution, and troubleshooting of high-level reactive maintenance activities in Core Network domains. You will be responsible for supporting complex technical issues beyond the scope of 1st level Operations, ensuring service continuity and adherence to processes like MSTOP.

What you'll do

Perform configuration changes, hardware expansions, and troubleshooting activities for:CS Core Nodes: MSC, MGW, HLR, HSS, STP, SBC,IMS Core Nodes: UDM (CUDB, HSS-FE
Ensure all actions follow approved and standardized operational processes (MSTOP)
Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and prepare technical reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and network enhancements
Maintain documentation of configurations, issues, and resolutions
