About the role

Engineer - Structural Dynamics at Eaton. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform simulations of electrical products, including data center products, switches, fuses, breakers, switchgear.

What you'll do

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to perform simulations of electrical products, including data center products, switches, fuses, breakers, switchgear
  • The individual will work closely with local and global teams to understand design intent, develop and validate simulation models, and substantiate engineering designs
  • Collaborate with technology and product teams to define problem statements
  • Understand project requirements and solve engineering problems in collaboration with local and global stakeholders
  • Understand existing simulation modeling methodologies and support their further development and maturity
