What you'll do

• Responsible for aluminium extrusion die/tooling development, maintenance and performance
• Review customer drawings and extrusion requirements for die feasibility and tooling selection
• Coordinate with die manufacturers for die design, manufacturing, modification and trials
• Plan and monitor die trials on extrusion press and ensure profile quality and dimensional requirements
• Analyse extrusion defects and identify die/tooling-related root causes

What you need

• 1–3 years in technicians & trades
• Maintenance
• AutoCAD
• SolidWorks
• SOP writing
• 5S
• Kaizen
• B.Tech or B.E.
